The information presented on the NCSSSMST web site comes from a variety of sources. Although every effort is made to present current and accurate information, the NCSSSMST does not author or edit all the pages presented here and therefore cannot assume responsibility for the information. NCSSSMST reserves the right to accept content from members and advertisers based on our non-profit status.

Anyone providing material to the NCSSSMST site should ensure that in doing so, they do not breach copyright restrictions or other proprietary rights, and also that the material provided does not contain any libelous, offensive or defamatory statements. The NCSSSMST makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the information and services provided over the Internet.

Individual Web pages of NCSSSMST members are not part of the official NCSSSMST Internet content. These pages are not monitored by NCSSSMST. The views and opinions expressed on the members' Web page(s) are strictly those of the individual members. Comments on their content should be directed thereto.

The NCSSSMST website also includes hyperlinks to other sites on the World Wide Web that are neither controlled nor sponsored by NCSSSMST. We have provided these links for your convenience and to give you easy access to other organizations whose expertise may be related to the NCSSSMST mission or your mission. Users (and parents of users, if the user is under 18 years old) must understand that neither member organizations nor the NCSSSMST control the content of the information available at these other sites. NCSSSMST member login status is available only to organizations that meet our membership criteria. Each member's contact person must authorize other persons who are employed by the organization to have member login status.  The organizational member’s contact person is responsible for ensuring that content uploaded for the organization's profile is properly approved prior to submission to NCSSSMST.

These Rules and Regulations shall have the force and effect of the Bylaws of the NCSSSMST, Inc. The NCSSSMST Board of Directors may amend them as necessary from time to time. Amendments or revisions shall become effective as of the date of their posting to the web site of the NCSSSMST.
